From the popular Meriken and Olive Udon, "Yadon's Olive Udon" in the Yadon package is now available! It is a refreshing color noodle made by kneading the leaves of olive (from Shodoshima), which has been designated as the prefectural flower and prefectural tree of Kagawa Prefecture, into authentic Sanuki udon.
